Cake in a Cup

Today I was able to visit with my husband's parents, sister, and adorable little niece and nephew! =)  Branson and I didn't get to celebrate our nephew's birthday (which was in May) with him, so I made him a cake-in-a-cup for a late celebration! =) I LOVE this. My friend first posted this on her blog Homemakin and Decoratin cake-in-a-cup. I tried it and instantly fell in love with this recipe. Did I mention that I LOVE this? =) My nephew was SOOO excited he was getting cake...that little munchkin ate almost all of it (with mommy's help, of course....it was chocolate) =)
...you need to wait to put the icing on or it will melt like mine did... =/
Here's the how-to:

Cake-in-a-Cup Recipe
Make sure you have a microwaveable over-sized mug.

Ingredients
1/4 C. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsp. veggie oil
3 tbsp. milk

Directions
Add the dry ingredients first and stir. Then add the egg, oil, and milk and mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. And WAH-LAH you're done!! Let cool c o m p l e t e l y =) or your icing will melt....(like mine). Then enjoy!!! =)
