Family Vacation Tradition: Eating at Nicola's Pizza

This past week my husband, Branson, and I went on vacation to my aunt's beach house in Delaware. My brother's family was there, two of my sisters joined for a couple days, and my mom and dad came down for a day. We try to go down every year for vacation...and every year (for as long as I can remember) we've gone to Nicola's Pizza to eat a nic-o-boli...LOVE them!! =) They are located in Rehoboth Beach. www.nicolapizza.com If you have never had one of these things you have to try one!!!
This is the outside of their original location. They also have a new location on main street...It's a sports bar.
This is my mom and I at Rehoboth Beach and my niece, Tashia, at Fun Land in Rehoboth.
In case you're wondering what a Nic-o-boli is...it's sort of like a Stromboli but better. =) The official Nicola's description is as follows: Nic-o-boli is ground beef, Nicola's fat free pizza sauce, and a blend of cheeses rolled in fat free dough then baked in the oven. You can also get your nic-o-boli without beef (it's better with it). =)

Me eating my favorite nic-o-boli...pepperoni with extra cheese! =)
Joan (the owner of Nicole's) gave us four free t-shirts because we come down every year for nic-o-bolis...This picture represents three generations of nic-o-boli eaters =) My dad (second one in from the right), my brother (right), my nephew (left...he's the oldest boy of the grandchildren)
If you're passing through Delaware and you want some good eats...stop in! You won't regret it!
