DIY Owl Valentine's

Hey, Folks! I have some more Valentine ideas for you. =) I found this idea in a magazine last year (and if I could remember what magazine I would give it credit). The owl was originally a cupcake topper, but I thought it would be the cutest Valentine so I decided to make my own template...if you want to download my template click here: DIY Owl Template I figured I should have them sitting on something so I drew (the best I could) a branch for them to perch on. =) They turned out SO cute!

Original magazine clipping. Fell in love with them. I did have flowers for the owls, but I ran out of them. You can save yourself some time and get the flowers that already have the gems in the centers. I guess if you wanted you could still use the owls as cupcake toppers. =) OR you could get rid of the heart and use the owl for an owl themed party. Either way I think the owl is darling. If you do end of making your own owl's send me some pictures I would love to see what you came up with! =)
